Has Rice improved more than Benson?

The first fight was a war, back and forth. The second fight was pretty quick with Benson securing a guillotine.

Both fighters have improved a lot since their WEC days but I think Benson easily has the psychological advantage. Not that Rice is scared (he's a true fighter at heart) but their may be some lingering doubt as to his ability to put away Ben.

I predict Benson submits Rice in the second round.
