Sakara dropped him with elbows, I don't think he should have been DQed for the 1-2 back of the head punches either, i've seen plenty of TKOs where a fighter accidentally landed 2 or 3 more back of the head shots and not get DQed. Sakara only landed a couple, most of them were to the ear area.
