Hill was an ex-champ and dropped the belt when he couldn't fend for it, he may be unlikeable as fuck but he certainly was way more deserving of his title shot than Rountree is here.

The problem with LHW since Jon retired is that they just kept throwing in two random guys and called it a title fight. Same think with Jon being considered the HW champ. When they have a title become vacant they should at least have a 4 man if not an 8 man tourney. That way when you beat the champ it matters.

LHW has been a revolving circle jerk.

Hill is annoying and frankly not that good. His best wins are in a division that is shit and against guys born in 1979 and 1984. It's 2024.

And the other is Johnny Walker, who is now mostly known for getting knocked out.

I agree. If the title is vacant have a 4 or 8 man tournament.

Saying two guys fight and 1 is champ is BS. Especially when UFC pulls these guys out of their ass.

And the problem with HW is that they've left the strap on Jones so he can defend it in a fight that no one asked for or cares about.
