It's a 2 minute video you don't need cliffs.
If what he says is true then why didn't he fight at LHW his entire career? This dude talking just to talk now? Discuss.

Edit:

Chael states the weight advantage lies with the lighter fighter, contrary to the popular belief that the heavier fighter has the advantage.

If the smaller guy HAS the grappling advantage it works out.

The smaller heavyweights who do well tend to control the grappling exchanges. But the smaller strikers tend to get manhandled

Less crucial in striking, size makes a bigger difference in the grappling.
He used wrestling as an example in the clip.
He makes good ppoints in this video
Such as?

Yeah but he wasn't as specific as you are, he pretty much just stated being the bigger guy has the disadvantage.

DC came down from HW and won the belt.
Randy Couture moved down to win his second belt as well.

By losing his mind you are implying he had one in the first place but I digress. Assumptions aside, YES!

He's always said this.

Always.

He said it as far back as his podcast with Nate as guest before Nick fought Anderson - told Nate that Nick would be the one with the size advantage BECAUSE he was smaller.

Chael's wrong. Nothing new.

The reason why so many champ champs are moving up is because everyone already cuts so much weight that moving down anymore isn't really feasible. Try to get Khabib at 145. Try to get Jones to 185. It would significantly diminish them.

The fact is people cut weight for an advantage.

So far what he is saying has totally played out in cage as being correct. Maybe that is because of the heavy weight cuts, but either way if most are doing it how much of advantage is it in the end.

I don't know how you can say he is 100% wrong or lost his mind.

He did win fights at LHW, choking out Shogun in his 2nd fight and also beat Rampage, but he's also said this applies much for to strikers than wrestlers.

Chanel has always talked just to talk. Have you not been paying attention? I am always surprised when anyone takes him seriously.

He made good points, all the guys who tried to be double champs by going down in weight all lost, the double champs all went up in weight to win a title.
