he goes double leg with the knees and walks on the knees. thats crazy shit.
He easily took him down in the first two rounds, was content to jab him on the feet in rounds 3 and 4 to show off his striking, and pressures at the end of round 5 to get a finish and took Al down again with ease, he won that fight 50-43. In what world is that a terrible performance?Yeah Al
Did you watch that horrible performance?
You clearly have not seen enough of Khabib's fights. Either that or you just don't understand his TD game.Give khabib like 5 attempts and he'll probably get it but in the meantime he's wide open. He relies very much on aggression and his wild striking to intimidate his opponent and get him cowering against the fence. Thats where he gets his TD's; in the centre he has a hard time cutting off the ring and his shots are telegraphed with bad setup unlike mendes.
It is a dangerous game against conor who is a powerful counterstriker with long reach and good footwork.
Barboza stuffed more, and a higher percentage, against a Khabib that was actually chain wrestling like a wild man and coming forward while fighting with urgency. Not a khabib who went for an ankle pick every four minutes and then jab sparred until he felt like going for another one. Al gets a lot of praise for that performance but it wasn't the same Khabib that fought Johnson and Edson. It was more like the Khabib who fought Darren Horcher.Al stuffed a few, But Al is mad underrated imo. If he was a more active fighter he'd def be a top LW.

GSP never won a 50-43 in his life, and Joe Rogan even admitted after the fight he was being too harsh on Khabib because the guys such a monster that he was trying to focus on things about his game that make him look human. If you base your entire opinion on Joe Rogan's commentary, the same guy who says "he's hurt!!!" everytime a clean strike lands on a fighter, then that's on you.Did you listen to Rogan's commentary? He was spot on calling out all the holes in his game. Especially with his chin straight up in the air, sloppy striking. Back in the day GSP would 50-43 vastly better opponents and hear shit about it.

Media was smoking crack that night. No way Tibau won that fight. He was on his back foot and against the cage for most of the fight. His brief flurries of activity were perhaps more effective than what Kebob was throwing, but Kebob threw a lot. Strikes, TD attempts and Octagon Control were high volume from Kebob all 3 rounds and Tibau hung with his back to the cage for most of the fight. Tibau had good TDD that night but didn't offer enough of anything else to win. Tibau lost that fight for himself. Good decision.

Good point bro, I have looked at him as top 7ish for a whileAl stuffed a few, But Al is mad underrated imo. If he was a more active fighter he'd def be a top LW.
He lost to Tibau. Go watch that fight on fightpass.

Khabib has a fuck ton of center cage TDs and TDs when his back is to the cage.
He finishes them at the same rate as hus cage TDs. About 1/3. Finished several single legs against Al without chaining.Yeah obviously he has takedowns in the centre they're just very low percentage in their success rate, his best work is against the cage.
