loaded carries in a medley format for rounds to improve conditioning??

ie:

50m farmers walk, sprint back, 50m bearhug carry and repeat for x rounds of y minutes?

If you have any thoughts or comments, results?

I have homemade sandbags and adjustable yoke bar. Amazing for fun shit like that!
 
Yeah, not lately but I used to do it all the time. I'll start again soon. I just make my own implements.
 
Here's a routine to really stimulate the inner gladiator

Bear hug a partner and lift him briskly walk in this manner the length of a tennis court.. drop partner and you both execute walking lunges to the starting line... then your partner carries you.then lunges again... repeat as many repetitions as you can in a 3 minute round..rest 1 minute then repeat for 5 rounds..
