Has anybody ever tapped to a murder choke?Is it possible?is it legal?

I apologize for the unfortunate name, but that's all I have seen it called. I was just watching Lesnar - Mir 2 and saw Lesnar do it to Mir and just muscle his face into position to be hit by choking him with one hand. Very brutal to see yet impressive. I also recall, and it made me sad to see, Bigfoot do the same move on Fedor. Can anyone else list any big fight examples where this move was on display?
