The only other one I could think of was when Bhop and Roy were gonna fight for the second time. Roy said bhop wanted to much money but i dont know how close that fight got.
 
I think Pac was least at fault between him, Arum, and Floyd. Arum being most at fault.
 
besides pac and floyd...has anyone else walked away from a big fight
 
how awesome would it be if us,as fans could vote who fighters get next without all the promoters bullshit who ruin boxers careers

Just wanting to point out that people get mad at floyd for demands. He has never walked away from a fight. Floyd made demands and pac denied them and fought someone else.

again is there anyone in the history of the sport to do that?

He did the same thing Pacquiao did. Both sides made offers to each other, and both sides refused the other's offer and fought someone else.

Thats absolutely not true. Floyd made his demands and pac and his team said we are not agreeing and we are fighting someone else. Floyd has never came out and said I am not agreeing and therefor will fight someone else.

You cant rewrite history. the way you are saying it is like floyd made the demands and then walked away himself. see in a negotiation if you still want the fight you have to come back with a counter offer and none was brought up from manny after floyd said 14 days no less.

can we move on now?

Even Mayweather has publicly acknowledged there was a counter offer.
 
People act is if its Mayweathers way or the highway. That may be true for 99.9% of his opponents but Pac is that .01 that's not true for. The money thing at the final negotiations was pretty ridiculous IMO.

Bowe walked away from Lewis and rightfully so

RJJ was offered a lot of money to fight Michalzsewski but had to travel to Germany

Floyd paid a near million dollars to get out of his contract with Top Rank when Arum wanted to make Mayweather-Margarito

JCC walked away from a Whitaker rematch

he rejected a $8 million payday ( career high for him at that point ) to fight Antonio Margarito in 2006.
