Has any fighter had to shave his head to make weight?

Google tells me yes. on TUF. A Woman. Within 5 seconds. A glance tells me there were others too, but I stopped there.

There's even a video.

It's a cool invention, this thing called "google". You should look into it.
 
Lutter against Spider, and still didn’t make weight, and still got beat, by submission of all things.

Why would we even Sherdog if we looked everything up?

That’s half the reason Sherdog exists. Fast information buddeh.
 
I feel like there was a guy with really long dreadlocks or something who had to shave it off, but I don't recall his name. It wasn't in the UFC, I don't think.
 
I believe Des Green cut off his dredds 2 different times to make weight.
 
Desmond green had to cut out a few dreadlocks and Daniel Straus cut his basically in half
 
Smart, others go adding weight... not that im complaining, just worth mentioning.

Daniel Straus? I think he just shaved his for the hell of it, but he did indeed shave.
