Some great responses so far. I agree with The Julian Jackson stuff especially, I mean take your pick of his huge one punch KOs, they were all great. The Terry Norris destruction comes to mind.

I have a few personal favorites involving punches I have seen from Trevor Berbick and Bert Cooper, but if I had to post one it would be what occurs at around the 1:20 mark of this video:
