Gina has been out of the game for a long time and also lost to Cyborg. Holly admits that she is still a beginner with Jui Jitsu, so its hard for me to have much faith in either one against Ronda.

Anyone here disagree? Feel free to try to convince me otherwise.

I agree with Gina, disagree with Holly.

Holly has a lot of upside, and imo is a better athlete than Gina. She's still a beginner, but if she can develop some good scrambling ability, she'll give Honda fits.

As well rounded as Ronda is becoming, Holly is still leaps and bounds ahead of her in the striking department. Holly at least has an establish method to victory in her fight (Sprawl n brawl), which is something I can't say for Gina.

They both have nothing to offer Ronda.

The only question is which one gets finished faster.

Holm isn't delusional. They wanted three fights before Ronda to give her more time to develop. If they do Zingano and then Gina after her, maybe that would give Holly enough time to give Rousey an actual challenge.

I agree man. Either one will lose to ronda. Holly needs some time to develope and them she will have a legit chance but for now, no way.

its all about money man, Its very hard for Gina to win. Holly might have a better chance because she is not one dimensional, but i think if gina work out a game plan, there might still be some chance for her to win.

Holly has some nice stand up but any A class grappler would exploit those kicks.

I see both ladies trying to kick the hell out of Ronda and keep her on the outside so they try to avoid getting judo ragdolled. They both seem to have some decent kicks.

If they just put Gina against Ronda...I am not interested at all...if Gina builds up by taking 3 fights before...I am interested...she has been out of the fight game too long. She needs to work back in. If she does not than it is just to sell tickets...

Didn you read the twitter war between Matt Hughes and Ben ASkren? Matt admitted that's all the UFC is about.

It would be awesome if they fought each other. They're both strikers.

It's a fight. Anything can happen

I think they would both lose to Rhonda but Holm would give her a tough fight.

I'd like to see Gina. But one on one. Not in there with Ronda. She has ZERO chance.

gina might be able to sneak in a few powerful punches or kicks, but R3 is going to clinch, judo throw, gnp armbar.

It certainly doesn't make the division look great for Gina to get a title shot right away. Saying someone who hasn't fought in half a decade, lost last time she did fight, and had trouble making 145 is the best title contender makes the whole thing look like amateur hour. I'm not a fan of WMMA but I would actually like to watch Holm/Carano and Ronda/Cyborg, and not really any other combination of them.

just kick, kick, and kick some more. a female at 135 pounds cannot beat H3 (Howdy Honda Housey) on the inside. it's impossible. so their only chance is to try to Aldo her to death.

Sign Cyborg Dana.

I bet Dana knows how little chance these girls have against Ronda.
