Happy Saint Patrick's Day, F13. I'm going to the pub. I may be some time.
It's still Saturday where I am, but the same to you anyway.:icon_chee
I think it's possible that the Welsh may drink even more than the Irish tonight!:icon_lol:

Well, I can tell you now, Town was buzzing last night! What a result. Never have we put a beat down on England like that, I loved watching those miserable English faces. "Best team in the world" I think they were calling themselves before the 6 nations.
Edit. Ps, Happy St. Paddys day fellow sherpups.
To be fair, I think it's usually the English media who make these ridiculous claims, same with the football. I don't know if anyone actually believes it to be true, just a bit of misguided hype.
Edit: What a great performace by Wales though, worthy of a big celebration.
I know, I have nothing against England as a country or the people, because to be fair.. England, Wales, Scotland... same difference.
I'm Welsh, but have English relations so thats not the issue. Its the commentators, reporters etc who big England up so much it annoys the rest of us. An example is yesterday, when Wales destroyed England, one of the commentators said along the lines of (i cant rememeber word for word) "well, Wales have yet to demonstrate themselves on the world stage/beat world class teams"
Completely shooting down what we just achieved, and considering how poorly we did in the autumn internationals and against Ireland in the first half, to come back and win is a sign of pure guts.
My middle name is Patrick.
Celebrate me.
Yeah, it was something about proving themselves against South Pacific teams, which along with downplaying a great win (and tournament) for Wales, also kind of then downplays the supposed threat of the England team that was hyped up so much beforehand.
I'm at work for a 12hr shift.
