wow, thats not what i ment at all.

what i meant was that cleaning up your diet will likly help you progress faster and make you a larger %muscle then fat that you currently are. I'm not saying that you have a high bodyfat right now, i'm just suggesting what can be done to improve further.

Happy New Year guys! I lifted yesterday morning, did my burpees, felt pretty fucking good. Ended up hitting the family New Year party (cuz the food is always good) ate a shitload of roast beef and chicken, drank a case of beer, and went home and gave "it" to the wife. I felt like a fucking viking, a chinese/irish/scottish/native indian VIKING!!!
