That shit was made up by the FBI, possibly by Hoover himself, none of the FBI officers who were assigned to the surveillance of King reported that in their reports.
This is the same FBI that after not finding any links between King and Communism (their original reasoning for the wire taps on King), was directed by Hoover to dig up any dirt they could find on King in an attempt to undermine his character. And apparently the only thing they could find, despite thousands of hours of surveillance, was that King liked to fuck women that were not his wife.

Remember, this was sent by the FBI, under Hoover's direction.
