It wasn't staged there and that wasn't a "Jewish Bakery" it was just a bakery. They were moving down the street when someone got in an altercation with one of the protestors. Nobody was trying to go inside and nobody was smashing anything. What is the point of staging this anti Israel protest in front of the only Jewish bakery in the city? At the very least they are affecting the business/livelihood of this business. If the police were not there, what do you think would happen? Are police there just for the hell of it or is it because at least of the elements are potentially violent and could start smashing the cafe or attacking people inside?
Strawman. No Jews were being targeted in this incident. There was only focus on that bakery because an altercation just happened right in front of it with someone that had nothing to do with the bakery. What implication are we supposed to make from this? Is every Jew anywhere in the world complicit for the actions of the state of Israel?
They did.Why didn't they hold this demonstration or rally in the town square or downtown somewhere?
Has nothing to do with this incident.I think you're also downplaying how intimidating some of these protesters can be to an average person. Sure maybe if you're a decent sized man who trains BJJ or MMA they are a joke but for many regular people this can be overwhelming. Some of these assholes also hide their faces and act quite menacing (although I am sure you'll downplay it). In US they were blocking access and preventing certain people from walking through campus like at UCLA as an example. Just some silly shit. The nerdy looking white boy preventing a black guy with his daughter from walking through campus was perhaps one of the more cringey ones....
