This is why i tend to mute the commentary. Complete plastic false shite. I get promoting the fight but this is just a lie lmao.

Usyk vs Chisora should be good!

They were also marketing Max Holloway as 145 lbs Goat after Ortega win, promoting Stipe before 1st DC fight as "consensus greatest HW of all time", not to mention all of those " once-in-a-lifetime athletes", Ford Escorts...

You just have to get used to Ufc's marketing shilling

It might be a bit late for Hall at this point since if Hall really was a top tier fighter, he would have run through the MW competition much easier rather than taking losses here and there to other potential contenders and journeyman.

Chances are that Anderson Silva probably went 100% preparing for this fight and Hall is going to run into a roadblock again.

I mean, they have to say something to hype the fight. They can't say, well let's watch these two fighters that are way past their prime...

He lost his first 2 UFC fights in a row by split decision yet dana was talkin about cutting him if he lost his next fight vs leben.. which he won.. so 2 judges think he started his ufc career off with 8 wins in row capped off with a head kick KO of moose... yet dana was talkin about cutting him?

since then he has only lost top ranked ppl like Whittaker, costa, moose, Brunson

He deserves something good to happen to him such as a main event spot

36 years old for MW, especially when you're the kind of athlete that Hall is, should be the "prime" of his career. And with this is his 2nd camp with Fortis, he may very well just be entering his prime. Technically he looked better than ever with his striking in his 1st fight at Fortis, but all that will be for not if he doesnt smoke Anderson tonight. There's no reason he shouldn't be able to kick his leg off like Cannonier did.

Not buying that at all, if anything hes seemed like he’s slowing. But he has made improvements with his weak mental game so thats probably why he looks better.

Hes not beating anyone in top 5 though

If a promoter isn't lying or at the VERY least not trying to hype up their Events or their Fighters they're bad at the their Job lol. What do people realistically expect them to say?
