If you haven't seen it, it's one of the worst stoppages I've seen in MMA. Masvidal is known for his incredible recovery (as he showed in the Cruickshank fight where he arguably went on to win or 10-10 the round). I really though Herb Dean would mess up again, but he did a good job.

With the way he moved after getting hit he didn't look hurt at all. It was a legit knockdown but Masvidal tends to just get dropped by be pretty much ok a lot. I wonder if he just loses his balance sometimes with that upright stance. I haven't seen the fight a second time so idk.

He woke up once he was about to hit the mat. His striking has deteriorated since he joined the UFC. I guess he realized its safer to win by wrestling.

Yeah, I'd say it was an early stoppage.

Cruickshank could have/should have rained hell down on Jorge when he dropped him. I'm glad he went on to win that fight Darren needed to learn that lesson. Masvidal is never out of the fight unless you put him out and that's the mentality you have to keep when fighting guys with that toughness.

Killer instinct = wins/fans/$

I never saw that fight...but wow that is a terrible stoppage. He didn't even look hurt by Damm.
