Has anyone here used the HIT program? I've done it for a month straight and put about 10-40 pounds on most if not all of my lifts. Im a lifting newb, by the way. Anyone else do it?
 
do a search, we have had an extensive discussion over this topic.
 
Yup, I'm closing this thread. When you do the search, don't include the periods. Search for HIT or High intensity training, etc. there's a lot already out there, and the bottome line is, it's mostly a horse shit training philosophy. As a newb, you'll benefit from any resistance training program, almost regardless of the quality.
