gym south of the twin cities (minnesota)?

anybody have any information they can share? there are two i'm looking at, revolution and american school of martial arts. revolution is a little further but also looks better. anybody have any experience with either of these places? also, does anybody know what either costs?

any info is appreciated. thanks in advance.
