The argument of one of the panelists is that you have to in order to be able to compete at the highest levels and the ones with enough money can do it without getting caught if they are smart. I feel if it was brought out into the open better research would establish safety guidelines to reduce the possibility of dangerous results.
I used to be anti PED but the more I learn about it, the more I think prohibition is not the way to go any more than it is with pot. Better to regulate it and make it safer.
