Hospitalizing someone while still losing the fight is meaningless. Gus fans remind me of BJ Penn's fans bragging that after the first fight with GSP, GSP went to the hospital and BJ went to the bar.

It is meaningful to a thread entitled, "Gus would have hospitalized...." and having all you fools jumping up and down shouting, "nu-uhh!! Impossibles!"
