Breakfast: Energy + some chicken: 400 calories, 10g protein.

lunch + pre-workout snack: 2 hotdogs, some popcorn - 620 calories, 14g protein.

lunch: energy, sweet bread, protein shake - 630 calories, 50g protein.

Dinner: Salmon and green beans - 650 calories, 72g protein.

Snack - sweet bread - 160 calories.

total: 1440 calories, 122g protein.

Snacked on trail mix most of the day, and a dr. pepper: 950 calories 15g protein

Dinner: salmon, 600 calories 72g protein.

PWO: protein shake, 220 calories 50g protein.


total: 1770 calories, 137g protein.

Late lunch: Pizza...yes, feel free to judge me! lol - 1250 calories, 30g protein.

Dinner: Salmon - 630 calories, 72g protein.

total: 2110 calories, 102g protein.

That doesn't change that it makes absolutely no sense, for you to come into a long time un-used log and ask an angry question lol. No need to be a dick.

And even then, read back on the thread. I didn't really eat hot-pockets except towards the beginning of the log. the later parts were better food.
