Everybody has their guilty pleasures they just have to eat... Let it be twinkies, ho-ho's, pizza, etc. Whats yours?

Mine is Skyline Chili. We have one on campus and I can't avoid it... I've narrowed it down from 3-4 a day to 1-2, mostly 1 for my health's sake.

I'm like 3 kg overweight for next month and I just ate a english breakfast (2 eggs sunny side up, 2 sausages, 4 bits of bacon and 2 fried bread)

Fat ass.

Hmm. If I had any weakness it'd be sugary cereals. That shit was created by Satan, I'm positive.

Tell me about it

The week before xmas I had 2 large breakfasts and have had a couple now, not to mention the drink.....and sweats....

Considering I'm pulling over 12 hours a week training on top of work at the mo, my weight refuses to normalise to what it was before xmas.

Just be careful. Frank Bamford who is a friend of mine had a fight near the Holidays where he had to cut drastically to make 170. Here you can see the results of that fight (first listing, and the weight on that page is incorrect):

When I asked Frank what happened, he said he had cut too much too soon, was still dropping water the day of the fight, and just felt lethargic in the ring. Despite knocking his opponent down twice, his opponent (much younger and probably favored) got the decision.

My first loss was due to me cutting weight the morning before a fight.....never had my head spin when I'm getting my wraps put on before.....

I'll just have to cut down and run...a lot more

Something about the combination of chocolate and peanut butter saps me of all my willpower.

Tru dat.

Ice cream involving clumps of peanut butter as well.

I recall that I once went to Ben and Jerry's, and they had Reese's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream. I absolutely had to get a cone. It was basically one of my cheat meals for that week though.

Pop, or as the heathens call it, "soda".

I've cut way back over the last year and I'm trying to cut it out almost completely (I've only had one in 2007 so far), but right now I so badly want to go grab a Coke from my fridge. None of that diet crap, either. I like the full-blown sugary sweetness of real stuff.

You and me both man. Well, I have the willpower to avoid it usually, but once I taste some...it's on.

Chocolate chip cookies :-(

i need fast food...wendys is my main choice, sometimes mcdonalds...ohhhh the grease...i started eating healthy and after maybe 4 days i had a huge meal at mcdonalds a bit before i went to bed...i woke up like i was hung over (not even with a stomach ache really, more a head ache)...it was crazy...man, i love the fast food tho...FUCK, i want some right now...damn it, why did i open this thread

I stopped liking fast food after reading Fast Food Nation and watching Super Size Me. I'm grossed out by that shit. I will ONLY eat that if I have to.. Like when I went to a tournament with my friend and we both starved ourselves the day before and the same morning and he drove me to Burger King. I didn't feel too bad afterwards but it's just gross.

Id say cheese puffs too...tortilla chips(not too bad for you) with hot sauce are up there too...I've cut most pops out and most shit thats just straight up bad, but I cant give up skyline...

Peanut butter. I hate like 2 jars of that at once recently. It was so good.

I also like Chocolate Thickshakes.Mmmmmmm

*Goes and makes chocolate thickshake*

Mate i am absolutely hooked on english brekkies at the moment, i just can't let them go and i don't go about it half-arsed either, i go for the works- eggs, bacon, snags, beans, mushrooms, grilled tomato, thickly buttered toast, coffee, orange juice

i actually about to head down the road for one now :D

have it as a PWO drink after your protein/carb drink

Its slightly justifiable then :D

2 things

1) you bastard...I'm hungry now

2) what is this 'snag' of which you speak

I like beans, but they have to be seperate. Nothing worse then a delicous bit of fried bread that has become soggy

I would if I didn't already drink a proper PWO shake. The best solution is to avoid it, so that's what I'm trying to do.

I heard, though, that if you mix your pop with liquor, it turns all the bad stuff good -- like the high fructose corn syrup turns to protein and the phosphoric acid morphs into oats. Can someone verify this for me?
