Of all the LEGIT guys that have made it to and competed at the highest level, is Melvin Guillard the most unprofessional? I mean, has this guy missed weight the most of any high level fighter? Its pathetic at this point. Since he's left the UFC he's missed weight more than he's made it. Also pissed hot and had DQs/NC for illegal strikes and also greasing. Dude is a hot mess and a huge talent at the same time

Who manages this guy? They are doing a fucking awful job...

He cannot get his shit together at all.

One would think getting the pink slip from the UFC might clean up his act but its actually made it worse.

I predict Guillard loses tomorrow, possibly by KO and then considers retirement

Dedicates fight to Kevin Randleman.

Misses weight.

I like Guillard but for fuck sake man, not like he is a big LW either. Earlier in his career maybe he was considered pretty big but I think by today's standards he is a pretty average sized LW, if you can't make the weight move up.

I didn't even know he'd missed weight YET AGAIN until just now.

I'm speechless at this point.

He never once missed weight in his career before the Cerrone fight. He could blame that one on short notice but he clearly doesn't take his career seriously anymore since he got cut.

anthony johnson is up there. at least in the missing weight department

Didn't he actually fail an in competition test for cocaine?

It's how he makes money afterall. No different than the billions of people who get tired of their jobs when they don't amount to what they initially hoped for. He knows he won't be the champ, but still needs to make a pay cheque. So i wouldn't be shocked at all if he wasn't really running on any sort of desire. Just neccessity.

UFC is known for keeping around fun TUF vets that people like forever. He could have been one of those guys, though he did have a long run.

I didn't know about his recent weight missing, but the title immediately reminded me how he trash talked Joe Stevenson and accused him of steroids, then gets dropped by a god damn jab in like 20 seconds or so and submitted immediately, then fails his pre-fight drug test to cocaine...

Just watched the weigh-ins and came to check for a thread, lol. He looks like he's still on coke. Din wasn't impressed when he was on stage watching Melvin weigh-in, lol.

He's a pretty sad scene at this point. Not much else to say.

I never watched the weigh ins but the article I read said He made weight. 158lbs on the first attempt .. 2 hours later weighed in again and made the weight.

he has a bad attitude problem and a chip on his shoulder for no reason. never liked the guy. he isnt even a big guy either, but missed weight often.

Maybe he's trying to miss weight and as you can see... he excel at it.

I can't even understand why Bellator sign him
