it was a possibility that if he ran through rda he would try for thr 70 strap too. no rda fight kinda halted that. so i guess small win for rda for hitting the brakes on conor for now. also if conor loses to "replacement" his 55 days are over. props to conor for fighting when he has nothing to gain.

Agreed he could walk away, but he thinks he can beat anyone and he will still get paid a truck load of green regardless of who he fights... No brainer for him

It was also a possibility that he could have not ducked Guida...oh wait, neither were ever going to happen.
Mcgregor is all about the money as is the UFC. If they can find a replacement who will sell (and not too much of a threat to their golden mcgoose) the UFC will make the fight - so will Mcgregor. All he talks about is money so if the money is offered, he will fight.

The sad thing is that whoever fights him will be lucky to get 10% of what he does even if they beat him.
