A couple guys at my gym when to the Roger seminar. They said it was real basic stuff he taught, but he taught it with a lot of detail.

I wish I lived closer to Montreal and there was more noticed I would have loved to have trained with Roger. Once in a lifetime opportunity for me.

Roger has trained at Renzo's regularly on many occasions. I'm sure they have done more than chat.

GSP's attitude is what keeps him on top. Not only is he a great athlete and hard worker, but his mentality is that he's always a student.
