I would say GSP over Bisping. Although, Miocic is certainly the more highly regarded fighter as all time great, he was far far over the hill. Bisping at the least was champion when GSP fought him with a title defense. The other part, I think GSP would beat Bisping at any point in their careers. With Jones/Miocic, I feel Miocic would have won that fight if it was 2016-2019 Stipe.

Over time I conflated the Evans-Bisping fight in my mind as Bisping losing the Ultimate Fighter to Rashad.
