How would you foresee these match ups playing out -
GSP vs Robbie Lawler - 7/10 times GSP via UD, 1/10 times GSP via Sub, 2/10 Lawler via KO
GSP vs Rory - GSP via UD 8/10, Rory via UD 2/10
GSP vs Woodley - GSP via UD 7/10, Woodley via KO 2/10, Woodley via UD 1/10
GSP vs Lombard - GSP via UD 4/10, Lombard via KO 5/10, Lombard via UD 1/10
GSP vs Ellenberger - GSP via UD 9/10, Ellenberger via KO 1/10

I'd favor Hector over GSP, until the championship rounds but GSP would not finish him so a 48-47 victory for Hector or more than likely a KO victory would be my guess

let's try this: out of all the guys on the list which one of them finishes dan hardy

Georges beats them all at least 8/10 each.

Lol at thinking Lombard defeats GSP 6/10 times

LMAO I know. I want to know what scenario is running through the TS' head where Lombard the cardio machine wins a UD.

Yeah, a focused GSP beats everyone in the WW division still, none of those guys have anything GSP hasn't already handled.

I'd like to know that as well. GSP would out pace Lombard badly. He'd be super-conservative in the first, opening up a bit more in the second and then take over by the third when Lombard starts to slow.

The only one that beats GSP is Hendricks, which he already did in most people's eyes. I'd say Hendricks wins 5 or 6 times out of 10.

Just because he beat GSP in your eyes doesn't mean he beat GSP in most peoples eyes. This is a good lesson in life actually. You are not always in the majority.

I think GSP beats all of the top contender's...most of them rather easily.

I do agree that Lombard might be his most difficult challenge and I still would say he beats him 8 out of 10 times.

How about you post the sherdog poll results or how the media scored the fight before making a stupid point? This is a good lesson in life. You are not as smart as you think.

Not anyone of those beats GSP more out of ten than Georges beats them, Woodley and Hector are explosive and very hard hitters, but GSP is too smart for either one of them. Id give Tyrone more chance than Hector, his movement is very sloppy and i dont think GSP would just walk to him and let him punch anything but air.

if the shadow of gsp that showed up to fight hendricks showed up to fight this crop of guys, he'd still beat them all

I see Lawler having a better chance than Woodley. I do think Lombard would win. I think its great that GSP retired. He hurt his knee on vacation, you can tell he needed a break when even his free time is catastrophic. He will come back when sherdog threads die down about him, if ever...

I think contenders need to change their mindsets. Safe champs only fight when they are healthiest. Without GSP with all due respect there will be more year round WW fights for the strap. I think for GSP's sake he should listen to Goldie "It's all over!" And move on to his next challenge. Be the first to coach a champ to fight for the belt or something. If GSP comes back he risks everything for little...

He risks losing worse than Anderson did. Worse than cocky KO, worse than shattering leg kick. Tyrone Woodley might NBK him, or worse... He might just lose by UD to Johnny Hendricks and take unnecessary brain trauma in the process.

Maybe there is unfinished business for him, who knows. If he came back, finished Hendricks and retired for good... no.... only an alien could be that bad ass...

gsp's wrestling is the best mma wrestling of all time. with that said, even after injury rehab, i'd pick him over any welterweight in the world in an mma match.

This. You may believe that GSP won on points, but if you want to talk about how the vast Majority of MMA sites scored it, you're talking out your poo-hole.
