GSP vidoes

Has anyone seen these videos? I want to get them but I am afraid that it will contain a lot begginer stuff. I like the way GSP fights and I wouldn't mind learning some tricks from him, but how advanced is the training video?

I thought they were OK. I was kind of disappointed. I thought they were more basic/intermediate. It seemed they focused on only a few aspects, but they covered those aspects in detail.

THX that was what I was afraid of. A lot of training videos will only have basic things on there that anyone that has been training for even a little while would know. I guess they are just trying to make some money I can't blame them.

They are pretty good, but do not show a lot of techs. I liked them though.
