I hate wrestlers as much as the next guy who just take people down and do nothing, but present day rulesets doesn't seem to award NOTHING for taking people down and submission attempts or some ground and pound.
IF GSP fought in today's ruleset, he could have lost Condit fight, 100 percent lost Hendricks fight, likely have lost BJ 1 fight, and so on.
IT's completely fucked up. IF you land one big shot, you win the round. I mean, the scoring system is so fucked up right now. And
The most fucked up thing is there's no consistency. It feels like they are really screwing over fighters who should win by takedowns and submission attempts and some ground pounds, but at times there are fighters who does still win that way.
