3:44 - been training directly with his coaches & a lot with Coach Harry St. Ledger (Renzo Gracie BB & Judo world team member)
4:22 - Confirms that he is bulking up to the division. (note: He hired his strength & conditioning coach over a year ago.)
4:55 - Everything is better. Has been working defense & game plan with Greg Jackson.

• Just after that, (5:11) he talks about managing energy.

These are 3 of the main critiques that people want to see him fix. If you notice though.... he has improved from fight to fight all ready... & this should be yet another evolution. He's young in the sport & improving.

6:00 - He's going to be fighting smarter

• (At 4:55 of Drakkar 's interview he talks a bit of sh*t saying this means "Londo" is going to run from him... lol... keep thinking that buddeh... haha...)
