    I've been really practicing this aspect of the game, as it sets the pace of the fight, whether you want to pull guard, or go for a throw. It's weird that there aren't that many vids online about grips (breaking, and setting them up). Anyway, found these, hope they help:

    There are entire books and DVD's just on the subject of Gripfighting.

    Jimmy Pedro's "Grip like a World Champion"
    Neal Adam's Judo Masterclass book on grips (available @ Amazon)
    etc etc.
