Anyone familiar with this short film? Stephan Jenkenson is a Canadian who after studying Theology and working with dying patients for many years travels around giving talks on our Deathphobic culture. In a nutshell he exposes the tradition in our culture of denying the dying person and there families the very nature of death. Hope is peddled to the point that we deny our own death as we die....This past weekend he was speaking in Ithaca NY, my wife and I went, his ideas while not new are certainly interesting, and the way he delivers the news is pointed and eye opening. He kind of looks like Willie Nelson...
