was doing a HLM for the last 6 weeks and got a little stronger but my house flooded so ive been living on fumes

I wanted to play around with different exercises and get stronger from different leverages for a while

I have a meet im registered for next may and ill get more specific when it approaches

im about 190 pounds at the moment and ill probably slowly gain weight or at least maintain

axed deadlifts and squats because I felt like complete death

I wrote a Heavy light medium program when I got home I'm going to institute at some point because I have a ton of things planned the rest of this year and next(mountain climbing, basketball, powerlifting meet in May next year and quite possibly a baseball league)so yes im going to program hop but I don't think greyskull is best for now
