So I 'm re-adjusting my supplement/nutrition budget and I've decided to allocate more of my supplement budget towards a mutli vitamin.

So after reading up on the board here I've narrowed it down to these two. I like the animal pak for all the added goodies like digestive enzymes, aminos etc. But I will admit that my diet sometimes lacks leafy greens so I'm thinking a greens powder would be a smarter bet over all.
Yes, I do realize that taking a serving of Greens+ isn't the same as eating a spinach salad.

Suggestions?

Don't you already take ZMA, Sonny?

I'd probably go with a greens powder, then.

I'd spend the money on Greens+. Animal Pak is way overated, IMHO.

Thanks buds.

THey sell a berry flavoured Greens+ at the vitamin store. That shit cool or should i force down the grass flavoured stuff.

That's the one. I've been buying it from Superstore, but I see that Supplements Canada just started carrying it, as well as Sports Nutrition Depot

This is a bit off topic but may be of interest to the Canucks that post here: I did a comparison today of the two aforementioned online supplement companies; I used the products I regularly purchase. Both places were exactly the same to the penny, and both seem to carry pretty much the exact same stock, give or take.

I saw it for close to 50 bucks at Superstore.

Ive taken both and I have found I like Greens better. I tried using the powder and it was alright for a while but I just made the switch to the pill a couple weeks ago. I can take the pill on the go plus it taste a little better then a grass clipping drink.

Animal Pak is good, just make sure you don't pay too much for it. Get it online for like 22 a can. I've never used a Greens powder myself. I try to eat two salads a day with a mix of fresh spinach and what not. You'd be cheaper of and better getting the green leafy veggies than buying powder.

Or, eat a shwackload of veggies AND use Greens+, because I 100% gaurantee that you aren't getting all the phytonutrients from diet that you get from a quality green supplement.
