Hey guys, I've been lifting for a couple months now but so far have only been supplementing with PreWO supplements(NO-XPLODE first and now White Flood(which I don't really like)) and Whey Protein. I want to start using a creatine to help me out a little but I don't want to swell up with water weight. I looked into some creatine products and have heard very good things about Green Mag by controlled labs. Can any of you guys offer any input on this product? Thanks.
I took green mag for awhile. I remember I got pretty good results, and best of all it did not taste like shit. I cannot remember if I held any extra water or not though
I've heard recommendations for it too on anabolicminds forums, is it a post or pre workout creatine mix?
It says it can be taken before of after. Though, it seems from most of the reviews I have read, most people take it pre. I just finished Storm recently and SizeOn awhile back and I just ordered a tub of greenMAG. It should get here soon and I still don't know if I'm gonna take it pre or post. I might take it both.
I think I'll follow suit with Porch and order it, also nice avy Andy. Dave, Pro at Cooking, and Pure Pwnage are all pretty 1337.
