GREAT Stretching article

    This is long and does not apply just to boxing, even though I found it off of a boxing tips site. Great, scientific breakdown of the types of strecthing, how/when to stretch, etc. Also talks about strength training.

    Wow, that is a pretty long article. I'll have to print it out and read it. I can't stand reading long articles off a computer screen.

    there is a lot of information there. what i need is a stretching program (something like a weight training program)

    I can understand that. However, just like a weight training program, you have to outline your goals and needs. Saying, "I want to do the splits" is great and all, but something like that might have negative effects on your training.
