You'll need access to a treadmill. This is a real good interval training routine. Most people here are already probably aware that sprinting and interval training are more effective for boxers than just plain distance running. Here is my current morning run, usually done 5-6 days a week.

    6.0 (5 mins warm up)
    6.5 for 1 minute (base)
    7.5 for 1 minute 30 seconds
base (base is always 1 minute)
    8.5 1:30
    base
    9.0 1:30
    base
    9.5 1:30
    base
    10.0 1:30
    base
    10.5 1:30
    base
    6 :30
    5.5 :30
    5 :30
    4.5 :30
    4.0 :30
    3.5 :30
    3.0 :30

This is a great workout, will get the heart rate soaring!!

This is similar to what I do now for my MMA training except that I break it into 4 - 5 minute rounds with 1 minute of rest between each round.

No. Any boxing workout that doesnt involve jumping over picnic tables or eating fruit while running rocky style is a fraud.
