A Christian boss can be very nice and give everyone a $1,000 raise during Christmas, while a greedy, bald atheist like Dana White can give only 20% of revenue to UFC fighters.

The guys not a socialist heck he's a capitalist just redirects money to where he believes it does most good. Retention, job retraining, B2B customer relations improve, fewer mistakes, fewer days off ie sick time. He actually has an unlimited employee time off policy yet people take less time off. Oh I also believe excess debt is going to throw the economy into another Recession even Ron Paul said as much and talked about how the Government is ready to plow upwards of 75 billion a day to stabilize banks that too is a very Christian thing to do.

This is actually an interesting phenomena that most people don't realize exists, but it's been my experience as well. I've worked for two companies where I've had unlimited PTO, and the feeling you get isn't "I can't wait to abuse this!" but "that's a lot of responsibility; I better use it 'right' so other people don't think I'm a loafer". But since 'right' isn't codified, no one knows what it is so they tend to play it safe. Neither company had a problem with people taking too much time off. If anything you had problems where people weren't taking enough time off - and would still be checking in at work when they did.

Basically there is a popular study that has been around that concludes that people are happiest when they get to making 70-75K a year and there are diminishing returns after that, IE, making more than that doesn't impact happiness much positively or negatively.
