Grappling Dummy Help...

    Due to the fact that grappling dummies are so expensive i have decided to make my own... i have looked up some videos and site of people who have made their own dummy.... was wondering if anyone out there in sherdog land has ever made one and if they had any tips for me... appreciate the help....

    you can have a live drilling partner and just pay $7 an hour. I go to Home Depot on weekends and pick up the day laborers and hire them for about two hours on sat and two hours on sunday. I drill each move about 200 times then let them brake for 5 min. $28 for an entire weekend of training.
