Recently I have been trying to work on my top game. Who are some good high level guys to watch that have excellent control from the top? I feel my guard passing is pretty good but I train with alot of wrestlers who scramble more and try to get back to their feet or knees. I think watching some of the top guys is great way to pick stuff up...any suggestions anyone?

George Sotoropolis(sp?) currently has a great top control game, you can find some videos online for sure. MMA obviously, but you can see they way he uses leverage to keep guys pinned completely.

His top control against Joe Stevenson was dirty. TS, Look up that fight and you'll see what I mean.

Marcelo Garcia. Everyone raves about his guard and back control, but his top game is just as dominating.

I read in an interview that Terere developed such a sick top game because he's slightly claustrophobic, and doesn't like being on bottom.

I have the same problem, almost quit due to that fact. Although a bit more controlled now it was a HUGE problem for me at one point. It has also helped my top game immensely .Nothing helps you develop your top game faster then the fear of hyperventilating while someone pressures you from the top.
