Now wtf do I do with it? :icon_chee

I figure the wild berry I can mix with some chilled wild berry green tea and vanilla whey. But the normal greens....smell like horse food.

Harden up, regular greens isn't that bad

If you really can't handle it just hold your nose closed while you swallow it and you won't taste much of anything (most of what we call taste is smell)

greens+ has by FAR the least offensive taste of the greens I've tried. Mintish. I can take it plain with water, but normally throw it in with my morning protein shake for convenience.

the funny part is, I do so to mask the taste of my protein powder. cytosport's evopro "very berry" or some such. it's okay but a little bit much. greens+ makes it more tolerable. go figure.

Blend it with your favorite juice and chug it IMMEDIATELY so the foam doesn't have a chance to form (the foam makes me gag going down).

Also, don't inhale while you chug it or the smell will get to you.

Then again I use Garden of Life greens. I hear greens+ is much easier to take.

I just take it with water and chug. I have gotten sick since the beginning of the year when I started taking greens. I've ran into a lot of sick ppl too. Btw with a protein shake and honey, it's delicious.

I've never used Greens+, but I got some "Very Green" from Trader Joe's. It's 9.99 per bottle, which is a pretty good price. (Sorry, forget off the top of my head how many servings you get for that.)

You want the Berry. Regular tastes like...grass. They're both drinkable, I mix the berry into my shakes (with mixed berries of all things) and it tastes great. The regular, I take a tiny amount of water - just enough to mix it - and slam it.

I'm another one of those people that actually loves the taste of the stuff. To me, it's a treat! If I was to recommend a flavour, I'd agree with what was already said - mixed wild berry. Delish!

thanks for the feedback. Has anyone gone in to do cholesterol testing before and after doing a cycle or so of greens+/or equivalent? I was thinking it might lower ldl levels, not sure. But from what i have read its a good antioxidant supp.

It's basically an overall health supplement. Meant to replace veggies missing from most folk's diets.

I'm sure it won't hurt. I'd recommend taking fish oil if you don't already, especially if you're worried about cholesterol. Another great all around health supp.

    Greens+
    ground up oats
    ground up flaxseed
    vanilla whey
    banana
    tbs apple cider vinegar
    scoop of plain yogurt
    water base
    blend that biotch

I use it in my oatmeal, too

i'm pretty good at drinking shitty tasting health stuff, but for some reason green+ gets me
