Got my tickets refunded, and I hope others did to.

three of arguably best fights were cancelled or moved to different cards, UFC did nothing to fix it or make the card better.

Nunes has been feeling "sick" all week, yet the UFC did nothing to line up a replacement fighter all week in case she pulled out.

UFC has spent all their recent effort loading up UFC 214 instead of repairing the 213 card.

If UFC doesn't feel a big difference in their pocketbooks, nothing will change.

This sloppy nonsense will keep happening, because UFC obviously thinks the fans will buy whatever they sell.

UFC shills on here will flame me, but that doesn't change the fact that UFC had plenty of time to repair or improve this card and chose to ignore it.

I don't think that is fair to the fans that spent thousands to travel to vegas and buy their tickets for that event.

Man, sorry to hear that brother. Same thing happened to me too for the Reem vs Cain fight

You sound spoiled man... These fights are still great for any fight fan.

Romero / Whittaker

Overeem / Werdum

Pettis / Miller

Browne / Oleinik

I totally forgot Reem and Werdum are doing their 3rd dance tonight! Fuck this could be good!

So you would've rather seen a lesbian vs a Kyrgyzstani instead of Bobby Knuckles v A Soldier of God?

Fascinating.

If you are feeling sick all week take a dam Z-PACK

Agreed 100%

It was good of them to refund your tickets anyway.

The only good fight I see there is Romero vs Whittaker

Yes, i really want to see what werdum does this time around. He will not be doing this in the ufc if he still wants a job.

he does have a point though...i dont like wmma but its a championship main event match...how the fuck do you go on as if nothing happened...they are indeed spitting on the faces of people who paid to watch...

I agree with you, but if I had tickets to see Romero vs. Whitaker live I would still go

But yeah, the UFC needs to make changes to how they plan their cards, because late cancellations are becoming the norm instead of the exceptions

They should probably line up "reserve" fights that will be added to the card in case of injuries/cancellations, and if no cancellation happens, then the reserve fight is moved to the next card. It wouldn't be a perfect solution, but the UFC really needs to start getting proactive and come up with SOMETHING to fix this problem

Was the UFC aware of Nunes being sick for a week? I'm not being sarcastic, just genuinely unsure.

And you sound like you will eat whatever they feed you.

The people who paid for a ticket should reevaluate if they really wanted to give the UFC the incentive to put on another shitty WMMA-Main-Event.
Because that's what you did.
Would be a whole different story if Yoel vs Whittaker was main-event to begin with.
