The tax refund system for low income earners has been a welfare stimulus check for low earners for many years... can't afford it now because the most corrupt president in American history has a lot of debt to cover to the people who have paid him and his family billions.

Except it is not even most as in a slight majority, it's basically all. Do you even live in this country? The standard deduction is that amount, which makes their tax liability $0, and nobody makes under $15k unless they're part time dependents or maybe a few illegals, which this guys' parents were and they also paid $0 in income tax and likely took out a shitload in services.

Notice the congress bozo didn't even mention what the actual amount is, and instead of wondering why and making that your argument, you just run with some idiot claiming a percent increase on negative money.
