Google enabling adds blocking

    There is a free extension for Google Chrome that prevents ads from appearing in your browser.
    How does that makes sense for Google when their revenue comes from advertising ?

    Its fucking ridiculous. You can't even watch a 10 min YouTube video without multiple ad interruptions.

    They do block the extensions that let you download YouTube videos though.

    because they want you to use their browser.

    if firefox can block ads and chrome cant, firefox will have a much larger share of the market. either way, people will attempt to block ads
