I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips or even a routine for a good muscle endurance weight workout. Im trying to get my endurance up.
read the stickies if you are trying to get you're endurnace up then run and run alot...thats basically all i can say based on the info you've given me.
use a good lifting routine, then use low reps, high sets, and less than thirty seconds of rest in between sets. something like 15 x 2, or something.
You could try complexes, using lighter weight but with multiple compound exercises with no rest in between at all ...
