good walk around weight

say your fighting at 170 day before weigh ins and a week out from fight what would be a good healthy weight normally on the monday before the fight im around 185-190 max i see other guys alot smaller i guess im cutting to much
 
Personal preference, I used to cut 15ish lbs now I cut like 5.
 
im 6'1 with a pretty big frame i dont think i could healthy walk around 175 lol 183 is the lowest i feel i should get im at like 4-5% body fat there

Rumble used to walk around at 240 :)
 
right now im like 225 lol but not training and eating junk food all day the way i cut weight fast is when i drop the carbs but i feel so weak and light headed normally i like to at least be at 200 4 weeks out i want to be the biggest i can for my weight division but do it healthy
