Good Movies that are like 2 completely different movies duct taped together but it works... sort of

I'll add Amores Perros since people have mentioned interwoven storylines. It's a great film that's basically three separate storylines. They are tied together but each is interesting by itself.

4 Rooms.......... four movies in one. Top that.

Four directors also.

<{cum@me}>

I had the Four Rooms poster from the movie theater in my bedroom in High School.

Took that shit right out of the display on the way out of the movie in a crowd of people.

Hung it next to my McDonalds double 1/4 pounder with cheese poster I took out of a window display in my little display of things you can't buy.

Had a fire hydrant and a working traffic light too.
A few street signs. A bunch of promotional type items from bars, you know those souvenir pint glasses they give you where the glass is the same as the brand of beer or has the name of a top shelf liquor on the glass. Yuengling mirror.

Really wanted a Ronald McDonald but never pulled that off.
Got caught relocating a 6 foot display bottle of tequila from a local dive bar. I was unaware that bar was a hangout for off duty police.
They were surprisingly nice about the whole thing.

Redline
Starts as a racing competition and turns into a mercenary rescue mission

IDK if it fits but LA Confidential had like 4 major plotlines that all could have been their own movie

Another movie that comes to mind that follows a single narrative and a single protagonist, but still feels like two almost completely separate movies (with neither feeling complete):

Once upon a time in Hollywood.

You have Rick Dalton's story where he has to face his own fears of not being talented or relevant.

Then you have Cliff Booth's story where he's dealing with very tangible dangers like fighting Bruce Lee and Manson family members yet he ain't afraid of shit.
