im looking to get some grappling dummys for my gym id liek to have one for takedowns to work shots head control and have one for bjj subswhat do you think would be best

There's a cheap unfilled one on Amazon right now for about $30. I ordered it yesterday, it should get here today. I'll let y'all know how it goes.

grappling dummies are useful for ground and pound mostly. especially with halloween over. if you want to get good at grappling lift heavy ass weights and get a corona free wrestling partner if you can find one.
