Good video showing some guys with granite chins, but were at some point KO'd. Enjoy.

 
Saying Hunt's chin got "cracked" by Manhoef is kind of fucking stupid. Of course it naturally declined, the mans in his 40s, but that wheel kick by JDS would've taken down an elephant. He also leaned into Werdum's knee and the Stipe stoppage was just an accumulation of punches. He also took a shitload of punishment from Stipe and JDS before being stopped.

Good video, IMO no one at HW has a 100 percent safe chin, there HW's its gonna eventually happen.

I'm cool as a cucumber tho. Just pointing out that video is objectively dumber than a bag of hammers for putting Hunt in it

That Anderson dance compilation at the end is pretty legit. I'm always sad when I see that Weidman KO but it was lessened with the music.

they said nelson has his chin cracked in 2008 by arlovski.... obviously you are missing the point of the video... it is to show that guys with great chins can be knocked out... not saying their chins got destroyed for good. if that was the video chuck would be #1

Almost every single time someone says "they got their chin cracked" it suggests exactly what I'm talking about though
 
I always imagined cracked chin as chins that used to be able to eat bombs but are now getting KTFO left and right by anything or at least getting dropped by anything.

Cracked chins that I know of:

Wand
Post Rashad / Shogun Chuck
Shogun
Anderson Silva
CroCop
PED Henderson
Bigfoot

I don't think Hunt counts. Getting KTFO after taking punishment or getting TKOd on the ground while exhausted don't count IMO. Getting KTFO by something like Rashad / Chuck also don't count cuz that shit would've KOd both Hunt / Nelson.

Nog was a good one on that list.

Also, Mendes, may be too early to say but if his chin gets tapped in his next fight we'll know.

They showed the shot that cracked Nog's chin, it was the herring fight - one of the single most brutal shots a fighter has taken without being KO'd

That did his chin in, I'm sure of it.
